Summer Mint "Mock-tail"

Gut Friendly & Refreshing!


Total Time: 5 Minutes | Makes 1 Serving







What you need:

  • Fresh Mint

  • 1 TSP Honey or agave

  • Kombucha - see above for the flavor I used!

  • Sparkling Water - see above for the flavor I used!

  • Lime Juice


Directions:

  • Add the fresh mint, lime juice, and honey (or agave) to a cup and gently press with a flat muddler or spoon.

  • Add in some ice.

  • Add the sparkling water (Fill about 1/3rd of the cup)

  • Top with the kombucha and stir!
