Total Time: About 35 Minutes | Makes About 7 Serving
What You Need:
•About 12 Ounces of Ramen Noodles (note: if it comes with the seasoning, you don’t need to use it!)
•1/2 Cup Sliced Green Onions
•1 TBSP Garlic Powder
•2 TBSP Olive Oil
•3 TBSP Sriracha
•3 TBSP Honey or agave
•2 TBSP Rice Vinegar
•4 TBSP Toasted Sesame Oil
•2 TSP Red Pepper Flakes
•28 Ounces Chicken Breast
•About 5.5 Cups of Frozen Broccoli (3/4 cup per serving)
Directions:
•Cook the ramen noodles according to package directions
•Cook the chicken on the stovetop on a non-stick pan until fully cooked. Season as desired. Let cool for a few minutes and remove from the pan and set aside.
•Place the broccoli in the microwave according to the package directions. Season as desired and set aside.
•Chop the green onion. Add the chopped green onion, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, olive oil, and toasted sesame oil to a small saucepan and sauté for about 3-4 minutes on low heat.
•Add in the rice vinegar, honey, and sriracha and continue to stir on low heat for another 2-4 minutes.
•Add in the cooked noodles and continue to stir soaking in the sauce.
•Split the noodles into 7 meal prep containers dividing evenly.
•Add the chicken and broccoli to each container dividing evenly as well. Add more seasonings as desired and enjoy!
•Store in the refrigerator and reheat in the microwave on the day of.
