Smores Dessert Overnight Oats

Total Time: About 10 Minutes to Prep + Refrigerate Overnight | Makes 1 Serving



What You Need:

  • 1/3 Cup Old Fashioned Oats

  • 1/3 Cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt

  • 1/2 Cup Vanilla Almond Milk (or milk of choice)

  • 2 Teaspoons of Flax Seed (or chia seeds)

  • 2 Tablespoons of Marshmallow Cream

  • 1/2 Graham cracker sheet (crumbled)

  • 1/2 Tablespoon chocolate chips

  • Mini Marshmallows


Directions:

  • Add the Greek yogurt, almond milk, and the marshmallow cream to a bowl and mix.

  • Add the oats, flax seeds, chocolate chips and crumbled graham crackers and mix.

  • Transfer to an airtight container or mason jar. Refrigerate overnight (or at least a few hours).

  • Remove from the refrigerator the next day (or after a few hours) and top with the mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and graham cracker pieces. Enjoy!
