A perfect "on the go" & "easy to prepare" - lunch idea!
What You Need:
1 Whole Wheat Wrap (or wrap of choice)
2-3 ounces of Turkey Slices
1 TBSP Red Pepper Hummus (or hummus of choice)
1 Apple
3/4 Cup Grapes
2 Tablespoons of Pistachios
1 Babybel Cheese
Directions:
Add the hummus and turkey slices to the wrap. Fold and cut into small pieces.
Cup the apple (or leave whole).
Add the rest of the components to the tray and enjoy!
