1 Serving Quick Protein Oats (I recommend the Quaker brand! Otherwise, Kodiak Cakes is another good brand for protein oats).
1 TBSP Flax Seed - optional to add to the oats
1 Cup Strawberries
1 Package of "100-Calorie Pack Almonds"
Directions:
Prepare the protein oats. Option to add the flax seed as you prepare.
Enjoy with the strawberries & almonds!
