Protein Oats + Strawberries + Nuts

This is great for a quick on-the-go breakfast or lunch idea! This combo is packed with fiber and protein which is ideal to start your day off strong!


What You Need:

  • 1 Serving Quick Protein Oats (I recommend the Quaker brand! Otherwise, Kodiak Cakes is another good brand for protein oats).

  • 1 TBSP Flax Seed - optional to add to the oats

  • 1 Cup Strawberries

  • 1 Package of "100-Calorie Pack Almonds"


Directions:

  • Prepare the protein oats. Option to add the flax seed as you prepare.

  • Enjoy with the strawberries & almonds!
