What You Need:
4 oz Pork Chop
3/4 Cup Spinach
1/2 Cup Low Fat Cottage Cheese
1 TSP Light Mayo
1 TSP Onion Powder
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Optional - grain of choice
Directions:
Spray a skillet with non-stick spray. Sauté the spinach for about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Add the pork chop to the skillet. Fully cook the pork chop on the stovetop on medium heat. Set aside and let cool.
In a bowl, mix together the cooked spinach, cottage cheese, light mayo, onion powder, and salt and pepper. Make sure everything is fully combined.
Optional - prepare your grain of choice according to package directions.
Serve all components together. Enjoy!
