This combo creates the perfect green juice packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that may reduce inflammation and boost energy and hydration!


Total Time: About 10 Minutes | Makes 1 Serving


What you need:

  • 1 Lemon

  • 1-Inch Piece of Ginger

  • 1/2 Cucumber

  • 2 Cups of Spinach

  • 1 Cup of Celery

  • 1 Apple


Directions:

  • Chop in small pieces (depending on the type of juicer you have) and combine!
