What you need:
1 Cup Pretzels
1 1/2 Cups Crisp Brown Rice Cereal
2/3 Cups Chunky Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup Shredded Coconut Flakes
1/4 Cup Flax seeds
3 Tbsp Coconut Oil, Melted
2 Tbsp Agave (can use honey instead)
1 Tsp Vanilla
For the topping:
1 Tsp Coconut Oil, Melted
1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
Directions:
Line a 9x9 Pan with plastic wrap (wrap around edges).
Crush pretzels and rice cereal into small pieces (place in a plastic bag and crush).
In a large bowl, combine the crushed pretzels, cereal, and all other ingredients.
Transfer the mixture to a 9x9 pan and freeze for 20-minutes.
After freezing for 20-minutes, carefully cut into 16 bars.
Add the coconut oil and chocolate chips to a bowl. Microwave for 15 seconds at a time while stirring in between. Drizzle the bars with the melted chocolate.
Store in the refrigerator in an air tight container. Enjoy!
