No-Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Pretzel Bites

What you need:

  • 1 Cup Pretzels

  • 1 1/2 Cups Crisp Brown Rice Cereal

  • 2/3 Cups Chunky Peanut Butter

  • 1/2 Cup Shredded Coconut Flakes

  • 1/4 Cup Flax seeds

  • 3 Tbsp Coconut Oil, Melted

  • 2 Tbsp Agave (can use honey instead)

  • 1 Tsp Vanilla


For the topping:

  • 1 Tsp Coconut Oil, Melted

  • 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips


Directions:

  • Line a 9x9 Pan with plastic wrap (wrap around edges).

  • Crush pretzels and rice cereal into small pieces (place in a plastic bag and crush).

  • In a large bowl, combine the crushed pretzels, cereal, and all other ingredients.

  • Transfer the mixture to a 9x9 pan and freeze for 20-minutes.

  • After freezing for 20-minutes, carefully cut into 16 bars.

  • Add the coconut oil and chocolate chips to a bowl. Microwave for 15 seconds at a time while stirring in between. Drizzle the bars with the melted chocolate.

  • Store in the refrigerator in an air tight container. Enjoy!
