Total Time: About 10 Minutes | Makes 1 Serving
What You Need:
3/4 Cup Frozen Mango Blend - I use this from aldi - Linked Here
1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt
1/2 Cup Almond Milk (or milk of choice)
1 Teaspoon Flax Seeds
1 TBSP Shredded Coconut Flakes
1 Fresh Mango
1 TBSP Almond Butter (or any type of nut butter)
1/2 Banana (for topping)
4-6 Blackberries (for topping)
Directions:
Blend the frozen mango blend, greek yogurt, and almond milk. NOTE - If you want a thicker consistency, add in the milk a few tablespoons at a time until desired consistency is reached.
Add the blended mixture to a bowl.
Cut the fresh mango and banana into small pieces. Add to the smoothie mixture. Add the blackberries
Add the flax seed and coconut flakes.
In a seperate bowl, melt the nut butter in the microwave for a few seconds. Using a spoon, drizzle on top and enjoy :)
Note: You can add other toppings like granola, etc.
