Low-Calorie Fall Latte

Total Time: 5 Minutes | Makes 1 Serving

What You Need:

  • 1-2 shots of Epresso

  • 1/2 Cup Almond Milk (or milk of choice)

  • 2-3 TBSP Oat Milk Creamer (or creamer of choice)

  • 1 TBSP Sugar-Free Vanilla Syrup

  • 1 TBSP Sugar-Free Caramel Syrup

  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla

  • Pumpkin Spice Seasoning


Directions:

  • Prepare the espresso (I love making on the stove if you don't have an espresso maker!)

  • In a mug, mix together the milk, creamer, sugar-free syrups. and vanilla. Microwave for about 45 seconds.

  • Use a milk frother after the mug is heated for about 30-60 seconds.

  • Add the espresso into a separate cup and top with the milk mixture.

  • Top with the pumpkin spice seasoning. Enjoy!
