What You Need:
12 Mini Graham Cracker Pie Crusts
8 Ounces Cream Cheese, softened
1 Cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1/4 Cup Stevia
2 Egg Whites
2 TBSP Flour
1 TSP Vanilla Extract
1 TBSP Light Agave
1 TBSP Lemon Juice
1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
Whipped Topping
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine the softened cream cheese, yogurt, egg whites, stevia, and flour until fully mixed.
Add the lemon juice, agave, and vanilla and combine.
Add the chocolate chips and lightly stir.
Add the filling into each individual pie crust.
Bake for about 22-25 minutes.
Let cool for about 20 minutes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Top with whipped cream and enjoy!
