Honey Mustard Shrimp Wrap

Total Time: About 15 Minutes | Makes 1 Serving



What You Need:

  • 3-4 ounces of Shrimp

  • 1 Wrap (I used the protein wrap from Aldi)

  • 1/2 Cup Coleslaw Mix

  • 1 TBSP Pickles

  • 1/2 Cup Lettuce

  • 1/4 Cup Sliced Radishes

  • 1/4 Cup Sliced Grape Tomatoes

  • 1/4 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese


For The Sauce:

  • 1/2 TBSP Light Mayo

  • 1 TBSP Plain Greek Yogurt

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard

  • 1 TSP Honey or Agave


Directions:

  • Cook the shrimp according to package directions. Set aside.

  • Slice the radishes and grape tomatoes and add to a bowl.

  • Add the coleslaw mix, lettuce, pickles and cooked shrimp.

  • In a separate bowl, add in the components for the sauce and fully combine.

  • Add the sauce to the vegetable and shrimp mixture and fully stir.

  • Add to the wrap and top with the shredded cheddar cheese before folding. Enjoy :)
