Total Time: About 15 Minutes | Makes 1 Serving
What You Need:
3-4 ounces of Shrimp
1 Wrap (I used the protein wrap from Aldi)
1/2 Cup Coleslaw Mix
1 TBSP Pickles
1/2 Cup Lettuce
1/4 Cup Sliced Radishes
1/4 Cup Sliced Grape Tomatoes
1/4 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
For The Sauce:
1/2 TBSP Light Mayo
1 TBSP Plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
1 TSP Honey or Agave
Directions:
Cook the shrimp according to package directions. Set aside.
Slice the radishes and grape tomatoes and add to a bowl.
Add the coleslaw mix, lettuce, pickles and cooked shrimp.
In a separate bowl, add in the components for the sauce and fully combine.
Add the sauce to the vegetable and shrimp mixture and fully stir.
Add to the wrap and top with the shredded cheddar cheese before folding. Enjoy :)
