"Healthy" Cookie Dough Blizzard

Total Time: About 10 Minutes | Makes 1 Serving

What You Need:


For the "Ice Cream"

  • 1 Frozen Banana

  • 1 TBSP Almond Milk

  • 1 TBSP Almond Butter (or nut butter of choice)

  • 3 TBSP Coconut Cream

  • 1 TSP Vanilla


For the "Cookie Dough"

  • 1 TBSP Almond Butter

  • 1/4 Cup Almond Flour

  • 2 TBSP Agave Syrup

  • 1 TBSP Vanilla

  • 1 TBSP Chocolate Chips


Directions:

  • Add the ingredients for the "ice cream" into a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth. Once blended, add to a cup and place in the freezer while making the cookie dough.

  • In a small bowl, add in the almond butter, almond flour, agave syrup, and vanilla. Combine until fully mixed. Stir in the chocolate chips and roll into small balls.

  • Add the cookie dough bites to the ice cream and enjoy!
