What You Need:
For the "Ice Cream"
1 Frozen Banana
1 TBSP Almond Milk
1 TBSP Almond Butter (or nut butter of choice)
3 TBSP Coconut Cream
1 TSP Vanilla
For the "Cookie Dough"
1 TBSP Almond Butter
1/4 Cup Almond Flour
2 TBSP Agave Syrup
1 TBSP Vanilla
1 TBSP Chocolate Chips
Directions:
Add the ingredients for the "ice cream" into a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth. Once blended, add to a cup and place in the freezer while making the cookie dough.
In a small bowl, add in the almond butter, almond flour, agave syrup, and vanilla. Combine until fully mixed. Stir in the chocolate chips and roll into small balls.
Add the cookie dough bites to the ice cream and enjoy!
