What You Need:
28 Ounces Lean Ground Turkey (About 4 ounces per serving)
2 Cans of Black Beans
2 Cans of Corn
7 ounces of Shredded Cheddar Cheese (About 1 ounce per serving)
1 Cup Grape Tomatoes (About 2 TBSP per serving)
1 Cup Chopped Cucumber (About 2 TBSP per serving)
7 Avocados (1 per serving)
Hummus (About 2 TBSP per serving)
Lemon Pepper Seasoning
Directions:
Full cook the ground turkey on the stovetop. Season as desired.
Drain the corn and black beans. Separate into 7 different meal prep containers
Chop the cucumber into small pieces and divide into the 7 different containers.
Once the chicken is cooked, add about 4 ounces to each serving.
Add about 2 TBSP of grape tomatoes to each container.
On the day of, chop an avocado and add to the container. Top with about 2 TBSP of hummus, 1 oz of cheese, and lemon pepper seasoning. Enjoy!
