What You Need:
8 oz Frozen Cooked Shrimp
4 Hard Taco Shells
1 Yellow Bell pepper
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 TBSP Taco Seasoning
1 Cup Shredded Lettuce
Light Sour Cream - for topping
Guacamole - for topping
Directions:
Place the shrimp into a bowl of warm water and let thaw.
On a cutting board, chop the bell peppers and set aside
Using a non-stick pan, cook the shrimp for about 8 minutes and add the taco seasoning. Let cool.
Fill the taco shells with lettuce, peppers, shrimp, light sour cream, and guacamole!
