Easy Shrimp Tacos!

Total Time: About 25 minutes | Makes 2 Servings


Good source of protein and packed with vitamins!



What You Need:

  • 8 oz Frozen Cooked Shrimp

  • 4 Hard Taco Shells

  • 1 Yellow Bell pepper

  • 1 Red Bell Pepper

  • 1 TBSP Taco Seasoning

  • 1 Cup Shredded Lettuce

  • Light Sour Cream - for topping

  • Guacamole - for topping


Directions:

  • Place the shrimp into a bowl of warm water and let thaw.

  • On a cutting board, chop the bell peppers and set aside

  • Using a non-stick pan, cook the shrimp for about 8 minutes and add the taco seasoning. Let cool.

  • Fill the taco shells with lettuce, peppers, shrimp, light sour cream, and guacamole!
