Easy No-Bake Oatmeal Bites

Total Time: About 20 Minutes | Makes about 20 Bites



What you need:

  • 2 1/2 Cups Quick Cooking Oats

  • 3/4 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter (or nut butter of choice)

  • 1/4 Cup Agave (or honey)

  • 1/2 Cup mini M&Ms

  • 1 Tsp Vanilla

  • 2 TBSP Flax Seed


Directions:

  • Mix all ingredients together (aside from the M&Ms) until well combined. Note - you can slightly melt the peanut butter in the microwave for a few seconds but do not over melt!

  • Add in the M&Ms and stir.

  • Form into one inch balls. Store in an airtight container and refrigerate!
