Cookies & Cream Milk Shake

Total Time: About 5 Minutes | Makes 1 Serving


Note: Make sure to freeze the ripe bananas ahead of time!

What You Need:

  • 2 Frozen Ripe Bananas (note - the bananas need to be very ripe for the sweeter taste)

  • 1/4 Cup Vanilla Almond Milk (or milk of choice)

  • 1/4 Cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt

  • 1 TSP Vanilla Extract

  • 1 TBSP Light Agave

  • 2-3 Oreo Thins


Directions:

  • In a food processor or blender, blend together all ingredients except for the Oreos. Note - if you want a thicker consistency, I recommend using less almond milk and use a food processor!

  • Once the base is blended, add in the Oreo thins and blend again for a few seconds!

  • Top with a few Oreo crumbs. Enjoy :)
