Total Time: 15 Minutes | Makes 1 Serving
What You Need:
For the Base:
1 Cup Frozen Cherries
1 Frozen Banana (Note - for the best taste, I recommend waiting to freeze until they are ripe, peeling off the skins, and then freezing!)
2 TBSP Coconut Cream
Stevia - Optional (Depending on how sweet your bananas are, you can add stevia if you like a sweeter taste)
2 TBSP Almond Milk (can add more, depending on preferred consistency)
For the Cookie Dough:
1/4 Cup Almond Flour
1 TSP Vanilla
1 TBSP Agave (can sub for maple syrup)
2 TSP Peanut Butter (or nut butter of choice)
2 TSP Chocolate Chips
Directions:
In a food processor or blender, mix together the ingredients for the base. NOTE - if you want a thicker consistency, I recommend using a food processor! Blend together and set in the freezer while you prepare the cookie dough.
In a small bowl, mix together the almond flour, vanilla, agave, and peanut butter until combined. Add in the chocolate chips and mix.
Set the cookie dough into the freezer for 5 minutes.
After the 5 minutes, remove from the freezer and roll the cookie dough into small balls.
Take the "base" out of the freezer and scoop into a bowl or cup.
Add in the cookie dough and enjoy :)
