"Better For You" Late Night Snack Idea

Homemade Baked Sweet Potato Fries + Dark Chocolate/Milk Chocolate

This combo is perfect for a "better for you" late-night snack vibe!

What You Need:

  • 1 Medium Sweet Potato

  • 1 Serving Dark Chocolate OR Milk Chocolate

  • 1 TBSP Olive Oil

  • Granulated Onion

  • Granulated Garlic

  • Paprika

  • Salt & Pepper

  • Nutritional Yeast - Optional



    Directions:

    • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Chop the sweet potato into small slices keeping the skin on.

    • Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray. Spread the sweet potatoes across the pan. Add the olive oil, the granulated onion, granulated garlic, paprika, and salt & pepper. Mix together. Bake for about 30 minutes (or until crispy). Let cool for a few minutes.

    • Optional - top with nutritional yeast. (Nutritional yeast is used as a seasoning to give a "cheesy" flavor but is packed with B vitamins and protein!

    • Pair with chocolate on the side. Enjoy!
