Easy to make for a quick breakfast idea or snack!
Total Time: 15 Minutes | Makes About 15 Bites (3-5 servings)
What You Need:
1 Cup Creamy Almond Butter
1/2 Cup Agave (or maple syrup)
1/3 Cup Almond Flour (or coconut flour)
1/4 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 TBSP Stevia (optional)
Directions:
In a bowl, microwave the almond butter for about 10 seconds (do not over heat).
In a medium bowl, add the almond flour, agave, almond butter, and cocoa powder and mix until fully combined.
Optional - add in the stevia to further sweeten. You can also add more agave if needed. I would recommend tasting first and adding if needed depending on your personal preference.
Transfer to the freezer for about 5 minutes.
Roll into balls and enjoy!
Note: I recommend storing in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
