Almond Butter Energy Bites

Easy to make for a quick breakfast idea or snack!


Total Time: 15 Minutes | Makes About 15 Bites (3-5 servings)



What You Need:

  • 1 Cup Creamy Almond Butter

  • 1/2 Cup Agave (or maple syrup)

  • 1/3 Cup Almond Flour (or coconut flour)

  • 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

  • 1 TBSP Stevia (optional)


Directions:

  • In a bowl, microwave the almond butter for about 10 seconds (do not over heat).

  • In a medium bowl, add the almond flour, agave, almond butter, and cocoa powder and mix until fully combined.

  • Optional - add in the stevia to further sweeten. You can also add more agave if needed. I would recommend tasting first and adding if needed depending on your personal preference.

  • Transfer to the freezer for about 5 minutes.

  • Roll into balls and enjoy!


Note: I recommend storing in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
