A perfect dessert idea that is lower in carbs and refined sugar and takes 5 minutes to make!
What You Need:
1/4 Cup Almond Flour
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1 TSP Vanilla
2 TBSP Light Agave Syrup (can also use pure maple syrup instead)
1 TBSP Melted Coconut Oil
1 Egg
2 TSP of Chocolate Chips
Whipped Topping
Sprinkles - optional for topping
Directions:
In a small microwave safe mug or dish, combine the almond flour, agave, baking powder, egg, and vanilla and stir.
Melt the coconut oil and add to the mixture and combine.
Add the chocolate chips to the mixture and stir once more before putting in the microwave.
Microwave for about 90-120 seconds. Let cool for a few minutes.
Top with the whipped topping and sprinkles. Enjoy!
