I started my fitness journey over 10 years ago and have learned how consistency and balance impact long-term goals and success. As a Type 1 diabetic, I’ve spent years combining personal experience with scientific evidence to develop a balanced and compassionate approach to nutrition and fitness.

My Home Workout Subscription:
An efficient and effective weekly program that targets all muscle groups. The program includes on-demand classes for both advanced and beginner levels. The beginner classes follow the same structure as the advanced ones but focus on lower-impact movements. Each workout is different, so you’ll never get bored! All you need is a set of dumbbells or a resistance band, and a small space—workouts can be done from anywhere!

My Nutrition Course:
A two-week course featuring 14 educational videos, each covering a daily topic. You can watch the videos on-demand and take part in daily challenges to implement each concept.
